This sweater has been on constant rotation this winter!  When it’s 10 degrees outside, which it has been A LOT, all I can think about is what I can wear that will keep me warm, and this is the first thing I grab!  It is thick and soft, and the longer length makes it work-appropriate to wear with colored skinny jeans.  Plus, it goes with any color, as seen here, and I’ve also worn it with these.

I’ve had my eye out for a while for a leopard-print scarf, and finally bought this one up last week.  I’ve got a black turtleneck on under the sweater, which looked kind of silly by itself, but as I was digging through my scarf collection, I didn’t come up with one that went with the red.  What to do?  Leopard, of course!  After all, it is the new neutral

I really like the contrast of the marled pattern in my sweater with the leopard print in my scarf.  Speaking of scarves, they are a great way to transition your look from winter to spring.  I know it’s still a few weeks off (hopefully that’s all!), but it’s time to start thinking about incorporating spring colors back into my wardrobe, if for nothing more than a mood booster:)  Here are some of my favorite options:

Old Navy / Rue 21 / Rue 21 / Maurices

Maurices /Vanity / Vanity / Vanity
